NATO member Poland organised emergency water and power supplies in Warsaw’s bomb shelters. Warsaw mayor said that the exercise was carried out to test the reliability of emergency water and power supplies in the city’s shelters. The drills were conducted two days after President Andrzej Duda called for decolonising Russia by breaking it into many smaller countries. Russia condemned President Duda’s comments at the peace conference on Ukraine in Switzerland.
